To ensure we provide the best customer service, all your purchases from Lu'lu'a can be exchanged or returned within 5 days from the date they arrive to you. Return and Exchange Policy In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within one day of receiving the product, and exchange it within 3 days, provided you guarantee us that the product is intact, in its original condition, and unused. Exemptions: * The product must not be used and must be returned in its packaging and original condition, keeping the price tag if available, along with the invoice. * The customer must verify the order details before completing the order; otherwise, they will be responsible for any costs resulting from the exchange or return, including shipping and delivery fees. * Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return or exchange. * A shipping slip will be sent to the customer, and the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company within 4 days of the slip being sent. An agreement will be made with the customer on the delivery method with the shipping company according to the shipping company's policy, and the slip will be canceled if the customer does not deliver the product within this period. * If shipping is free, the shipping fees become payable by the customer in case of return or exchange. Exchange at the Customer’s Request 1 - The customer has the right to exchange some or all of the products ordered within 3 days of receiving the order, excluding non-returnable products. 2 - The customer bears the costs of (cancellation/modification/not receiving) the order as outlined below, if any. 3 - The product to be exchanged must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and not damaged due to return by the customer. The store will verify this before completing the exchange. 4 - The customer is responsible for returning the product to the store either via shipping or by hand delivery in Tabuk. The returned products must reach the store or be handed over to the shipping company within the above period.
